REFUND POLICY
We want you to feel confident shopping with Advanced Decor USA. Eligible return requests may be started within 30 days of delivery.
Returns
To request a return, contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and the item you would like to return.
Returns must be approved before an item is sent back. We will provide return instructions after reviewing your request.
Under our current return policy, eligible approved returns have no restocking fee and no return-label fee. After an eligible return is approved, a return label is generally created within 2 days.
Items must be returned in substantially the same condition in which they were received unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible. Please include your order number along with clear photos of the item and its packaging so we can review the issue.
Do not dispose of damaged items or packaging until we have reviewed your request.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests are reviewed manually.
Because fulfillment can begin soon after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled after it has entered processing or has shipped.
If an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment, any applicable payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refunds
After an approved return has been received and processed, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account after it has been issued.
Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless required by law or the return is the result of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Final Sale or Non-Returnable Items
Certain personalized, custom-made, or otherwise non-returnable products may have different return eligibility. When applicable, this will be disclosed on the product page before purchase.
